El objetivo general del estudio es optimizar el tratamiento de pacientes con dermatitis at\u00f3pica moderada-grave que requieran tratamiento sist\u00e9mico tras fracaso, intolerancia o contraindicaci\u00f3n a ciclosporina. Teniendo como objetivos principales:<\/p>\n
1) Identificar biomarcadores gen\u00e9ticos, bioqu\u00edmicos e inmunol\u00f3gicos que permitan seleccionar la alternativa terap\u00e9utica m\u00e1s adecuada en cada paciente y desarrollar un modelo de predicci\u00f3n a partir de dichos biomarcadores.<\/p>\n
2) Optimizar la terapia en pacientes con enfermedad at\u00f3pica que requieren tratamiento sist\u00e9mico de segunda l\u00ednea mediante el desarrollo de modelos predictivos de respuesta que incorporen variables gen\u00e9ticas, inmunol\u00f3gicas, bioqu\u00edmicas, cl\u00ednicas y demogr\u00e1ficas.<\/p>\n
